This is the first of the vats level. There are two ways to get to the next level. If you haven't killed Harry in the necropolis talk to him and he will take you to "Lou", If no use explosives or your repair skill on the force field past the trap "room", which is the biggest part. Once you fix the field, kill the mutant in front of you and let the one near the rooms take you to "Lou".
