This is the last level of the tower. To get by the Nightkins you will need a rope or a badge. You will need to kill these guys later. Morpheus is on this level. When you talk to him don't let him take you to the Master. Make him fight you. Once you kill him the Nightkins will go after you so kill all of them. Then search there stuff. They all have stealth boys.
