This is the experiments place. Once you are out of the elevator go straight to the room below and try to make targeted shots at everybody. Once everybody is dead go to the little hallway that is in front of the people who are trapped and use the terminal. You will get 2000 exp for freeing the people but they will die before they get away. Also if you can get one of those physic nullifiers off one of the crazy people. You should kill every one and search everything when your done.
